The incident occurred on Tuesday, 4 October, on national road no. 3, on the Piechowice–Jelenia Góra section. A municipal police patrol was the first to arrive at the scene. The road was very slippery at this location. The officers’ task was to secure the area and inform drivers about the existing danger. The fire service was notified. Firefighters neutralized the leak.
