On Thursday, September 29, near Zebrzydowa, a Kia passenger car collided with a Fiat Ducato. The incident occurred at approximately 5:30 a.m. According to police findings, the 46-year-old Kia driver, a resident of Bolesławiec County, began overtaking and collided with the oncoming Fiat. The minibus was driven by a 36-year-old resident of Bolesławiec.
Two drivers and a passenger of the car were taken to hospital. Three fire service units (two PSP and one OSP), three ambulances and the police were at the scene. Firefighters had to use vehicle-extrication equipment to free the injured. National road No. 94 was closed to traffic for two hours. A detour was designated via Nowogrodziec.
