Police officers from the Legnica traffic unit stopped a young driver traveling in a Fiat for inspection. Using a tester, the officers determined that the driver, a 22-year-old resident of Legnica, was under the influence of drugs from the amphetamine group. Interestingly, it also turned out that the Fiat’s passenger, the driver’s peer, was carrying 50 grams of marijuana.
Both young men were detained. The driver lost his driving licence; he faces up to two years in prison. The passenger, meanwhile, will be held responsible for possessing 50 g of marijuana, for which he may face up to three years in prison.
