The graffiti was created during the first edition of the LUZ nad BOBREM Festival, which took place on Saturday, September 24, at the skatepark by the viaduct. As we read on the event’s Facebook profile:
Occupational Therapy Workshops, established by the Association of Parents of Children and Young People with Special Needs in Bolesławiec, and the “LUZ” Grassroots Initiative Group are organizing a charity event called the LUZ nad BOBREM Festival. Its main aim is to raise funds for people with disabilities—participants in the Occupational Therapy Workshops in Bolesławiec.
The organizers of the LUZ nad BOBREM Festival decided to kill two birds with one stone: first, a family fair was held there, followed by an event addressed to skaters and b-boys. The author of the fantastic works that appeared in the skatepark on this occasion is a Bolesławiec artist known by the pseudonym Rychu.
