A resident of Lubin left his bicycle unattended for a moment in one of the housing estates. When he returned for the bicycle, it turned out that it had been stolen. The victim notified the police. Deputy Inspector Sebastian Biały, the first deputy chief of the District Police Headquarters in Lubin, spotted a young man on a bicycle at one of the stations. The bicycle the latter was riding matched the description of the stolen vehicle. The police chief detained the person helping himself to someone else’s property.
The perpetrator turned out to be a 19-year-old resident of Lubin, who has already been punished for his offense. The bicycle was returned to its owner.
