“It Won’t Be Easy” by Jean-Claude lslert is an exceptionally funny French comedy about love, appearances, seeking happiness against convention, tolerance for one’s own antics and hypocrisy in judging others.
The respectable lecturer Eduardo (Jan Jankowski), having an affair with the clever student Sarah (Zofia Zborowska/Katarzyna Grabowska); his ex-wife Marion (Dominika Ostałowska), in love with a younger partner; and their daughter Julie (Julia Rosnowska), who has a new, slightly older fiancé, Marco, a moustached artist, a carefree spirit with not a penny to his name (Kacper Kuszewski/Tomasz Sapryk), will set off an avalanche of mistakes and absurdity, complications and solutions that would never occur to you, because when everything fails, you can always blame the plumber, an immigrant from the East.
Prepare yourselves for an exceptionally entertaining evening, and if you do not like laughing, we can promise you that it won’t be easy!
