Officers from the Criminal Division of the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec identified and arrested the perpetrators of the robbery as a result of operational activities. The suspects are residents of Bolesławiec, aged 24 and 36.
The robbery took place on August 8 in Bolesławiec. The arrested men acted together. One of the attackers restrained a store employee, while the other stole cash boxes containing money (more than PLN 1,100). Moreover, both suspects had previously been convicted, including for offenses against property. The younger man will also face charges for two burglaries he committed at the beginning of August.
At the request of the Bolesławiec District Prosecutor’s Office, the court has already ordered their temporary detention: the 36-year-old will remain in custody for two months, while his younger associate will remain there for three. Robbery is punishable by up to 12 years in prison.
