The District Prosecutor’s Office in Legnica opened an investigation on July 7, 2016. Two days later, it was taken over by the District Prosecutor’s Office in Legnica. During the proceedings, it was established that an apartment in Legnica was rented by one woman. She was questioned and stated that she had in fact provided sexual services in the apartment, but did so independently, that is, on her own account. She denied that her friends had provided sexual services in the apartment.
Investigators are currently examining the involvement of three other people who lived in the premises and may also have engaged in prostitution. Circumstances related to possible profits gained by other people from this practice are also being clarified. For now, the proceedings are being conducted in rem.
