An argument broke out between a group of people waiting for a taxi and a man. The latter went home and took a weapon with him. He wanted to scare those he had argued with.
The attacker was detained and questioned. As it turned out, the weapon he used was a blank-firing pistol. It is being checked whether it had been modified; if so, the detained man would have needed a permit for it.
