Police officers from the Juvenile and Pathology Division of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Jelenia Góra identified and then detained a 15-year-old suspected of a series of robberies. From January to April this year, the teenager committed 10 robberies in the Jeżów Sudecki commune, all against the same victim. Each time, the boy intimidated him, threatened to beat him and demanded that he hand over cigarettes, which the victim did.
It turned out that the 15-year-old had fled from one of the youth educational centers. He explained to the officers that it had been a game. By decision of the Family Court, the boy was placed in a juvenile detention center.
