At around 6:30 p.m., a 23-year-old man from Warta Bolesławiecka commune, driving an Opel, failed to adjust his speed to the road conditions, lost control of the vehicle and hit a power pole. Fortunately, the man responsible for the incident was unharmed. He was fined PLN 500.
