On 8 July, at around 10:30 a.m., police officers on Jagiellońska Street in Jelenia Góra noticed a young man behaving suspiciously: he kept looking around and was very nervous. The officers decided to check what was causing this behavior. It soon turned out that drugs were involved. The man had three zip-lock bags containing amphetamine in his pouch—approximately 100 individual doses.
The 28-year-old claimed that the amphetamine was for his personal use. The resident of Ostrów County could now face up to three years in prison.
