Municipal police officers from Bolesławiec received a report that someone had dumped rubbish on Armii Krajowej Street. At the scene, the officers confirmed that the area had been littered, took photographic evidence and inspected the documents found among the waste. They established that the documents belonged to a 45-year-old resident of Bolesławiec.
The officers managed to find the person who had littered the area. It turned out to be a man who had thrown away belongings and documents belonging to his former girlfriend, with whom he had broken up some time earlier. He explained that, since he was no longer in contact with her and she had not collected her belongings from him, he decided to throw them away under the apartment block where she currently resides.
The offender was fined PLN 500.
