As officers established, the women, aged 37 and 52, were employed as cleaners at one of the hotels in the Carpathian region. Last weekend, they took advantage of the fact that an event was taking place at the premises and stole items left behind by the organizers. These included flowers, jewelry and money. The value of the stolen property was estimated at PLN 1,500.
Officers detained the suspects and recovered some of the stolen property. What is more, in the women’s apartments, officers also found other items stolen from the hotel.
The suspects face up to 5 years in prison.
