The incident occurred on Wednesday (15 June) at the intersection of Chrobrego and Asnyka streets. The driver of a Volkswagen Golf, a 38-year-old resident of Bolesławiec, failed to yield the right of way to the driver of a Ford Galaxy and caused a collision. The Ford was driven by a 33-year-old man from Bolesławiec.
As a result of the collision, the Ford's front wheel was damaged, and the driver could not move the vehicle off the intersection. The police directed traffic at the intersection. Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident. The driver was fined PLN 250. Due to the damage to the vehicles, the police seized the drivers' registration certificates.
