The men's Swedish relay team (100 m–200 m–300 m–400 m) from the Zespół Szkół Handlowych i Usługowych in Bolesławiec took first place (comprising: Patryk Modras, Michał Sobkowicz, Piotr Gadziński and Karol Łużny). By finishing first in the relay race (2:06.57 s), the boys earned qualification for the Vena Sport International Polish Championships. These competitions are special. They are a nationwide relay festival held every year in Łódź. This year, it will take place on October 2. The relay team is coached by Małgorzata Markowska.
The ZSHiU team achieved more excellent results. The performance of Dominika Kwaszcz deserves attention. Although she is a first-year student, she defeated her older teammates. Dominika took first place in the long jump with a result of 5.79 m and finished second in the Swedish relay. Running in the relay with Dominika were: Sylwia Jaźwicz, Julita Stępak and Martyna Orłowska.
Patryk Modras finished second in the 400 m race (52.99 s). Piotr Gadziński won third place in the 110 m hurdles (17.55 s). In addition to winning medals in individual events, both athletes were members of the victorious Swedish relay team.
