The event is organized in the spirit of Baron de Coubertin’s Olympic ideal, “It is not the place that matters, but participation,” and the maxim of Zbigniew Cendrowski, a great Polish advocate of physical activity and a healthy lifestyle: “If you stood at the starting line with others, you have already won, even if you are the last to reach the finish.”
