The review concludes the project “Meeting with the Green Eighth Note,” carried out by the Bolesławiec Cultural Centre – International Ceramics Centre for the oldest groups from Bolesławiec preschools. A total of 425 children benefited from the project.

As part of the programme, carried out since mid-February at the “Orzeł” Cultural Integration Centre, children attended music-enrichment classes. Twenty-one groups from Bolesławiec preschools joined the project: Municipal Public Preschools No. 1, 2, 3, 3 – Branch, 4, 5, 6 and 7, as well as Nibylandia Preschool, Zielona Nibylandia, Jacek i Agatka Non-Public Preschool, Bajka Non-Public Preschool and Oxpress Private Preschool. Each group enrolled in the project took part in two sessions involving singing and dancing activities.

The project was created not only to meet children’s physical-activity needs, but also to develop a range of their psychophysical abilities, including observation, memory, concentration, quick reaction, visual-motor coordination, and orientation in relation to their own bodies and in space. The BOK-MCC music-enrichment singing and dancing classes were led by instructors Barbara Lendzian and Agnieszka Radwańska.
