The performance featured well-known and popular actors: Renata Dancewicz, Izabela Kuna, Cezary Żak, Rafał Królikowski and Jacek Braciak.
The two-hour performance of “The Thief,” featuring a star-studded cast, is above all an intelligent plot and plenty of humor—witty jokes, daring twists and turns, and a surprising finale. The action is filled with grotesque situations and a distinctly English sense of humor. Every character in the play has their moment and occupies an important place in the criminal intrigue.
“The Thief” takes place in a house outside the city. Late in the evening, the hosts return from a party with their friends. The titular thief—played brilliantly by Cezary Żak—is caught in the act. He is not an ordinary crook, but a likable thief. While searching the house, the criminal learns the residents’ deepest secrets and turns their relationships upside down.
The audience, which filled the Forum hall to capacity, warmly applauded the actors, thanking them for an excellent performance.
