Incorrectly completed applications occur sporadically, mainly among those submitted electronically. The most common errors concern the absence of the applicants’ or family members’ PESEL numbers, the degree of kinship between family members, missing information about family members and applicants staying abroad outside the Republic of Poland, and the lack of a telephone number or email address.
It is worth recalling that, since 1 April 2016, the newly established Family Benefits Centre, located at the Municipal Office at 1 pl. Marszałka J. Piłsudskiego (ground floor of the office building), has been responsible for granting and paying child-raising benefits to Bolesławiec residents.
The Mayor of Bolesławiec reminds residents that applications can be collected and submitted from Monday to Friday.
Families applying for the benefit for the first child, namely those with a net income not exceeding PLN 800 per person or PLN 1,200 per person in the case of children with disabilities, as well as applying for the second and subsequent children—regardless of income—should submit applications at the Family Benefits Centre, 1 pl. Piłsudskiego, office building (ground floor), from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m..
