On April 3, both older and younger running enthusiasts lined up at the start of the “Beaver Trail.” It is worth recalling that the marked running route runs along both banks of the Bóbr River, between the bridge on Mostowa Street and the footbridge on Gdańska Street. The route is 4,321 m long and leads through the picturesque areas of the Bóbr valley.
In the main 4,321 m race, Bożena Król won among the women. Among the men, Przemysław Lachowski was the fastest. Livia Grzybowska took first place in the Gnome Run.
The winners of the Children’s Run in the individual age categories were: Agata Mandziuk, Jakub Wójcik, Bianka Politkowska, Kuba Woch, Natalia Mierzwa, and Dawid Lachowski.
The Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre plans to continue the running event in summer, autumn and winter.
