The incident occurred on Saturday, 2 April, at around 5:00 p.m. A man from entrance No. 20 was probably poisoned by carbon monoxide while taking a bath. An ambulance and the fire service were called to the scene. It turned out that the carbon monoxide concentration in the stairwell alone exceeded the permissible level sixfold. Therefore, firefighters evacuated all the residents.
