On March 19 and 21, from 5:00 to 9:00 a.m., 16 officers from the Traffic Division checked drivers’ sobriety at various locations throughout Bolesławiec County. The officers also paid attention to traffic violations and the ways in which children were transported.
As part of the “Sober Morning” operation, police checked 124 drivers. Ten of them were found to be intoxicated.
In addition, the officers issued 12 fines and seized 5 vehicle registration certificates due to the poor technical condition of the vehicles.
