The driver of a Ford Fiesta, a 23-year-old from Gromadka municipality, failed to yield the right of way to a 32-year-old from Bolesławiec who was driving a Honda. The latter was injured and taken to hospital. The incident was classified as an accident.

Both drivers were sober.
