During the Polish Indoor Senior Championships held in Toruń, MKS Bolesłavia Bolesławiec athlete – Ewa Ochocka (coach Małgorzata Markowska) won a silver medal and the title of Polish vice-champion in the senior 60-metre hurdles.
In both the qualifying rounds and the final, the athlete recorded a time of 8.39. Karolina Kołeczek from Sandomierz was the best competitor in the women’s category. In the 60-metre event, Ewa finished seventh in the final.
Ewa Ochocka currently represents KS AZS AWF Wrocław and trains under William Rostek.
Last Thursday, she became a recipient of the Mayor’s Awards for Promoting the City in 2015.
