The Municipal Housing Management Facility, which is responsible for caring for the swans, was notified immediately, and joint efforts were undertaken to transport the bird to the municipal pond. At around 9:55 a.m., the swan had been captured and handed over to MZGM employees.
This was the third report this week concerning swans leaving the municipal pond grounds. On 29 February, a swan was walking along Bankowa Street; on 2 March, one was wandering near Artyleryjska Street.
Municipal Police officers respond to all reports of this kind, notify the Municipal Housing Management Facility, and take the necessary steps to secure the area and provide any assistance needed in capturing the bird.
