The incident occurred at the allotment gardens along the road to Pakoszów. The dog had probably been tied up for several days. It had nothing to eat or drink, and temperatures dropped below zero at night.
The guards immediately notified the shelter for small animals. The dog was freed and taken to the facility. Unfortunately, determining who owns the animal will be very difficult, as the dog is not microchipped.
His health is currently not in danger. After completing quarantine, he will wait for adoption.
