Officers from the Wrocław Municipal Police Headquarters detained three people suspected of robbing a resident of Jelenia Góra and stealing a wallet containing documents, payment cards and cash. All three were taken into police custody.
The incident occurred late in the evening in Wrocław’s Old Town. The victim was approached in the street by a woman unknown to him, who offered sexual services in exchange for money. The man accepted the offer and followed the woman to one of the gateways.
Instead of erotic experiences, however, two men were waiting for him there. They knocked him down and then began beating and kicking him all over his body. The attackers took the victim’s wallet containing documents, payment cards and cash.
Fortunately, the victim managed to escape and call the police. Both the woman and the two men were detained.
The woman had the contents of the victim’s wallet with her. (She threw the wallet itself away.) All three now face up to 12 years in prison.
