We already reported at the end of December last year that there would be a plaque commemorating the victims of the Smolensk disaster. The topic also returned at the January meeting of the City Council. Eugeniusz Jabłoński, a councillor from the Forum group and the initiator of the plaque’s construction, spoke at the time and informed the councillors that the Municipality of Bolesławiec already had the consent of the Voivodeship Monument Conservator. He also provided the number of the account to which money for this purpose could be paid.
