For 13 years, Augustum-Annen-Gymnasium in Görlitz has offered Polish young people interested in education in Germany the opportunity to study in Polish-German bilingual classes. The offer is available to sixth-grade graduates who successfully pass the entrance examination, which this year will be held on 14 March. Students wishing to take it should send their application, consisting of:

  • a legibly completed application for admission to the school (form to download)
  • a copy of their fifth-grade certificate
  • a list of grades for the first semester of sixth grade

to: agakorm@o2.pl, with “Entrance examination to AAG 2016” in the subject line of the message. The application in PDF format must be sent to the indicated address by the non-extendable deadline of 1 March 2016. Candidates will be informed about the examination details by letter.

Open Day

As in previous years, Augustum-Annen-Gymnasium invites everyone who would like to learn more about the school to an Open Day on Saturday, 27 February, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The programme includes a tour of the building and classrooms, as well as direct conversations with teachers and students. On the fourth floor of the building, those interested in starting their education in classes with a Polish-German educational profile will be able to obtain information in Polish
