Officers from the Criminal Division of the Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters, carrying out operational activities, established the whereabouts of a person hiding from law enforcement authorities. The officers also had information that the man might possess narcotic drugs.
The 39-year-old was arrested in the Warta Bolesławiecka municipality. In the rooms he occupied, the officers found methamphetamine from which 300 retail doses could have been produced.
The man was wanted on arrest warrants by the District Court in Bolesławiec and the District Court in Złotoryja. In total, he is to serve a sentence of 2.5 years in prison. In addition, the 39-year-old will face charges for possession of methamphetamine, for which he faces up to three years in prison.
