Bolesławiec Subzone, WSSE “Invest Park”

The Bolesławiec Subzone has existed since 2007. Ten investors have invested there. Twelve permits have been issued to conduct business in the special economic zone. Since 2014, the Bolesławiec Subzone has housed a rental hall intended for business entities starting operations in Bolesławiec. The hall, comprising four modules, is fully leased.

The declared minimum employment in the Bolesławiec Subzone is nearly 900 people. Minimum investment expenditure is almost PLN 330 million. Industries: automotive, metal and energy, logistics, printing. Investors: Sacher – Obróbka Skrawaniem Metalu, Hoerbiger Automotive Poland, SRG Global, Elektros, Vilsait, Kegger, Turningtec Polska, Favorite Gifts, Rhenus Logistics Bolesławiec.

The Land Information System is a tool for making legal, administrative and economic decisions, as well as an aid in planning and development. It consists of a land database concerning a specified area, together with procedures and techniques for systematically collecting, updating and sharing data. By organising data resources, the GIS system speeds up and streamlines all decision-making processes and administrative procedures in the municipality and facilitates cooperation with external entities.

Planned development of the GIS system:

The possibility for residents to report incidents easily and automatically, such as an overflowing bin, vandalism or damaged infrastructure. Expanding the system’s resources to include data resources from municipal units, the Municipal Police, the Police and others. Introducing the possibility for the aforementioned units to update data independently.
