A view from several days ago – a black bag of waste on the grass strip by al. Piłsudskiego overshadowed the bag abandoned on 30 December at the pedestrian crossing on the same street. A driver or passer-by dealt with their need in this way. No one bent down even to move the scattered waste out of the way. The cleaning services acted quickly and effectively. Nevertheless, a bad taste remained. A failing grade for behaviour.
