At around 10:30 p.m., volunteer firefighters from Warta Bolesławiecka were dispatched to a barn fire in Warta. As we read on their Facebook profile: “Upon arriving at the scene, it turned out that fortunately only the barn’s wooden door was on fire.” Three crews from the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Bolesławiec took part in the operation, along with firefighters from Warta, Tomaszów and Raciborowice.
At around 1:00 a.m., a barn fire broke out in Milików (Nowogrodziec municipality). As volunteer firefighters from Nowogrodziec wrote on their fan page: “The operation lasted three hours. The fire affected a room that we saved from burning down in the July fire.”
