The incident occurred on 2 December on Wojska Polskiego Street. A city guard patrol noticed a vehicle parked in a prohibited place. When the guard asked the man to show his documents, he said that he had left them at home.
The officers called a police patrol to the scene. It turned out that the 21-year-old did not have a licence to drive motor vehicles at all.
The city guards fined the driver PLN 500. But that was not all the man had to answer for. It turned out that he was wanted by the police. He was apprehended.
The police are handling further proceedings in this case.
