In the latter part of the meeting, Chairwoman Dorota Bojakowska invited councillors and local government officials to visit the tomato-growing greenhouse in Bogatynia, where Polskie Pomidory S.A. presented its company.
After returning to the Conference Hall of the Municipal Office, the councillors resumed their deliberations. They heard information on the state of educational tasks for the 2014/2015 school year, together with the results of the test and lower-secondary school examination, as well as reports on the activities of cultural and sports institutions in the municipality. They also adopted a number of resolutions concerning, among other matters, commencing the preparation of a local spatial development plan for designated areas of the Śródmieście district of the city of Bogatynia.
The councillors also adopted a resolution introducing amendments to the municipality’s budget for 2015.
