The apartments range from 28 m² to 83 m² and are offered in developer-finish standard, including electrical, gas, central heating and telephone installations. Water and sewage connections have been provided to the premises. The remaining work includes floor coverings, interior door joinery, installation of electrical equipment and sanitary fittings, and, at the buyer’s discretion, wall coverings in the kitchen and bathroom. Asking prices start at PLN 2,670 per m².
– Residential premises are sold by tender (auction). If subsequent tenders end unsuccessfully, the premises may be sold through negotiations, with the option of paying the property price in instalments. Payments may be spread over a maximum of 10 years – informs Danuta Bajus-Świątek from the Real Estate Management and Municipal Affairs Department.
The Municipality currently administers 117 premises, including 88 municipal apartments and 29 social housing units. The total area of apartments administered by the municipality is nearly 6,000 m². Municipal premises are sold without a tender, with a 90% discount applied.
