Mayor Piotr Roman and Director of the Bolesławiec Cultural Centre – International Ceramics Centre Ewa Lijewska-Małachowska presented thanks to local companies that supported the organization of the final gala and funded prizes for all participants. The event organizers also received thanks. Co-organizer of the contest Maciej Kołodziejski, who was responsible for obtaining sponsors and prizes and preparing the rules and application form. Together with Katarzyna Maksymowicz, he was also responsible, among other things, for conducting the casting and preparing the choreography. Also, portal and newspaper Istotne.pl, the event’s media patron, conducted an online vote for Miss and Mister on its website and, together with the Miss and Mister candidates, organized an adoption campaign for puppies with the Association of Civic Initiatives from Bielawa.
The meeting was also an opportunity to summarize activities related to organizing the 2015 Miss and Mister Ceramics Festival contest. The initiative attracted enormous interest from both residents and tourists visiting our city during the largest outdoor event promoting Bolesławiec.
Eleven people qualified for the final of the 2015 Bolesławiec Ceramics Festival Miss and Mister contest—six women and five men. Iga Gręda received the title of Miss, while Damian Pikuła won the title of Mister. All contestants received attractive prizes.
