During the congress taking place in Katowice (12 October), awards were presented to local governments and their leaders who support the development of businesses in the subregion. The City of Legnica received a certificate recognizing it as a “Local Government Supporting Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises.”
That was not all. The competition jury also honored the Mayor of Legnica. Tadeusz Krzakowski received the title of Leader Supporting Local Business.
“Being recognized for supporting entrepreneurship in the city and subregion is hugely important to me. It is very difficult to measure a good business climate. The award recognizes not only the local government’s efforts and effective economic policy, but also the results of entrepreneurs’ activities,” says Tadeusz Krzakowski, Mayor of Legnica.
