The incident occurred on Wednesday, 7 October, at approximately 10:15, on national road no. 94 in Wykroty (Nowogrodziec municipality).
The 25-year-old Toyota driver (a resident of Nowogrodziec municipality) failed to yield to a 41-year-old resident of Bolesławiec, who was driving a Ford. Fortunately, no one was injured.
The 25-year-old had his driving licence revoked. The case will be decided in court.
