As part of the International Day of Older Persons celebrations, meetings of senior community groups were held. Musical performances, an exhibition of residents’ work and homemade treats were planned at the Nursing Home on Piastów Street. At the Day Care Home, participants were served a festive lunch.
The meeting was also an excellent opportunity to showcase creative work and discuss matters concerning the city. Bolesławiec Mayor Piotr Roman provided a detailed overview of projects planned in the city that had attracted the seniors’ interest.
