This coming Sunday, October 4, KPN invites you to observe birds migrating through the mountain passes in the Karkonosze Mountains. Karkonosze National Park will provide binoculars for 30 people. Participants should have suitable footwear and clothing adapted to mountain conditions.

Meeting point: Karkonosze Centre for Environmental Education of KPN, 28 Okrzei Street, Szklarska Poręba (tel. 75 71 721 24). Duration: 8:30–12:00

Route: chairlift ride to Szrenica, hiking along tourist trails, descent to Szklarska Poręba. Possible sightings: small passerines, birds of prey, and characteristic Karkonosze species, such as the nutcracker, red crossbill and black grouse. The trip will be led by Artur Pałucki (tel. 514 607 283).

In the event of unfavourable weather conditions (rain, strong wind), the trip will take place on another date.
