As reported by Karkonoski Park Narodowy:

A German citizen who, as he claims, trusted his navigation system and wanted to drive to the Czech Republic via Petrówka—the black trail from Jagniątków—was fined one thousand zlotys for driving a car into the national park.

KPN employees explain: “It is not only illegal but also impossible. It is impossible to drive along this trail even in summer, because higher up it is only a path.”

The result? The park:

In the darkness, the man drove onto the shoulder, ended up hanging over a ditch, and remained there. He was afraid that someone would rob his car, so he spent quite a while beside it.
Now—in addition to the fine—the German will have to pay for calling a tow truck.
