This time on Łomnicka Street, at the level of the Łomnickie Estate. The driver’s imagination got the better of him—or rather, the lack of it—and in a place where the speed limit was 40 km/h, he accelerated his car to 102 km/h. He now faces a PLN 500 fine and 10 penalty points for his “heavy foot”.
