The Civic Platform committee provided false information claiming that the rankings cited by Piotr Roman had been paid for by him. Let us clarify that in his leaflet, Piotr Roman referred to competitions and one ranking published by Rzeczpospolita. Participation in that particular ranking was free of charge.
The District Court in Jelenia Góra ordered the publication of a correction. The ruling is not final.
