The film “The Life of a King” tells the story of Edward, who is annoyed by everything. As if he were constantly wearing shoes that were too tight. Malicious toward his wife, impatient with his daughter, he has almost no time for his elderly father.
One day, he is involved in a serious accident. As a result of unexpected events, he abandons his previous life to rediscover his wife, daughter and the world around him. He begins to be happy and to notice the people and things that had, after all, constantly surrounded him. They say happiness is contagious within a distance of 800 metres. It seems so, because the protagonist radiates such a positive aura. Edward does not go anywhere, does not escape on a trip around the world and does not travel to the Amazon. He lives in the same flat, walks along the same pavement and meets the same people, but everything is different.
