On Saturday, the International Tournament for People with Disabilities in Table Tennis was held in Zielona Góra. Twelve teams from Poland, Germany and the Czech Republic took part in the competition. The Bolesławiec team, consisting of: Waldemar Krzemiński, Andrzej Kwiatkowski, Zbigniew Kurasz and Remigiusz Kacperczyk, achieved a major success. Our table tennis players won all their matches, defeating Wrocław 4–3, Szczecin 4–0, Lanskie Laznie (Czech Republic) 4–1, Zielona Góra 4–2, and, after a closely fought final, Hradec Kralowe (Czech Republic) 4–3.
