Two parking lots are already complete, along with a substantial section of the roadway and pavements, while construction of the street lighting is well advanced. Work is under way on the sub-base for the turning lane from Wrocławska Street, enabling a right turn towards the tax office.

The asphalt exit lane from Wrocławska Street will be 55 metres long and 3.5 metres wide. Further on, towards Jordana Street, a new street is being built with concrete paving blocks; it will be 6 metres wide and 220 metres long. At the same time, convenient pavements made of paving blocks are being built on both sides.

Before construction could begin, the contractors had to deal with the remains—especially underground—of buildings that once stood in this area. It was necessary to remove basement ceilings and fill them with a sand-and-cement mixture. Construction could only proceed on the safe, prepared ground.

A total of 52 parking spaces, including spaces for people with disabilities, have already been created along the section from Wrocławska Street to Jordana Street. Another 22 spaces are already available in the car park on Jordana Street. Although construction has not yet been completed, residents are making eager use of the opportunity to park their cars there.
