From 13 August to 11 September this year, the Agricultural Market Agency will accept applications for aid in the form of de minimis aid in agriculture, consisting of spreading the charge for exceeding individual quotas in the 2014/2015 quota year over interest-free instalments.

Applications should be submitted to the director of the Agricultural Market Agency’s regional branch responsible for the applicant’s place of residence or the registered office of the wholesale supplier.

The application must include:

  1. certificates or a statement concerning de minimis aid, as specified in Article 37(1)(1) of the Act of 30 April 2004 on proceedings concerning public aid (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 59, item 404, as amended);
  2. certificates or a statement concerning de minimis aid in agriculture, as specified in Article 37(2)(1) of the Act of 30 April 2004 on proceedings concerning public aid;
  3. a statement confirming that there are no outstanding tax payments or unpaid social insurance contributions.
