From now on, every passenger can purchase, at any place and at any time, a ticket entitling them to travel on the public transport services of MZK Sp. z o.o. in Bolesławiec. The new system allows passengers to purchase a ticket using an online form. They simply need to select the ticket they are interested in, choose any start date for the ticket’s validity and provide the holder’s details.
Payment for the ticket can be made by ordinary online bank transfer, payment card or conveniently via MasterPass. After payment, the passenger immediately receives a ticket to download directly from the form page.
At the same time, the customer receives a document confirming the purchase of the period ticket at the email address they provided. Purchasing a ticket takes no more than 5 minutes. A ticket purchased online may be presented for inspection as a printout or on the screen of a mobile device.
The system saves passengers’ time and money. It is also very user-friendly, as registration is not required.
